I am motivated by the constant pursuit of improvement across every part of our business, from inventory and processes to overall service quality. I'm driven by seeing our team grow stronger each year, and that ongoing development has translated into consistent, sustainable growth for our company.
What's your greatest achievement?
The greatest achievement of my life has been the privilege of being a Father to two amazing little boys. Watching them grow, learn, and play has been the most rewarding part of my journey. I am so proud of them, and I love nothing more than getting to spending time and laugh with them.
What's the best piece of advice you've received?
The best piece of advice I have received, is "you only get one reputation, and you better take of it", I found that a good reputation has opened more doors of opportunity for us
What was the best vacation you ever took and why?
My favorite vacation so far was my honeymoon to the island of Maui in Hawaii, it's the most beautiful and scenic place I've ever been. Learning to surf on a long board was incredible and the fresh seafood is amazing!
What was your inspiration for becoming part of the event/wedding industry?
My entry into the event and wedding industry happened almost by accident. While working as a Real Estate Broker, I began hosting client appreciation events and purchased tables and chairs. I also purchased a moving truck for added value for my clients to use when they bought or sold a home. To recoup the investment, I started renting out the tables and chairs and try small side project quickly grew into something far bigger than I had ever expected.
Seventeen years later, our business has evolved into a team of more than 100 dedicated professionals. I never imagined building a company outside of real estate, but I'm incredibly grateful and thankful for the opportunity to do something I truly love every day. Working alongside an exceptional team and serving wonderful clients continues to inspire me and fuel my passion for this industry
