Add 30+ years building Lip Service Makeup into one of DFW’s most trusted and highly awarded bridal beauty teams and her current role as National Director of Membership Retention for WIPA, and you get decades of "in the trenches" experience paired with leadership at the highest level of the wedding industry. As a national speaker, educator and communication strategist, Jen teaches others how to navigate big personalities, solve problems and communicate effectively when the stakes are high. Her secret sauce? Knowing what to say, how to say it...and when to say NO.
